WIGS – FINAL SALE (No Returns or Exchanges)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all wigs are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs once they have been shipped. This includes:
- Lace Wigs
- Closure Wigs
- Custom or Styled Wigs
- Review product descriptions carefully
- Check wig type, length, density, and color before purchasing
- Contact us with questions before placing an order
ACCESSORIES – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Accessories (bonnets, hair tools, lifestyle items, etc.) may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Item must be in resellable condition

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit where applicable.
Refunds
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Takwe Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
